Fee’s and Rebates
The APS National Schedule of Suggested Fees 2025-2026 has the standard 46 to 60-minute consultation fee at $318. We currently charge below this fee and our Current fee’s for sessions in 2026 are as follows:
In hours appointments between 9am and 3pm are $215
Out of hours appointments, after 3pm are charged at $230
NDIS appointments are charged at the current NDIS rates of $232.99
All appointments are for 50 minutes duration.
You may be eligible for a medicare rebate if you obtain a referral from your doctor. We are able to use both
Mental health care plans (MHCP) and Eating Disorder Treatment & Management Plans (EDP). Current rebates for both referrals are $98.95 per session. Please be aware that we do not bulk bill and there will be a gap payment however rebates can be processed on the spot in the clinic.
MHCP referrals can allow up rebates for up to 10 sessions per year.
EDP referrals can allow rebates for up to 40 sessions per year.
You may also be able to use private health insurance to receive some benefit for part of the session fee, all health funds have differing rebates and you are best to check with your health fund about any rebates you may be eligible for.
How many appointments will I need?
During your initial appointment time will be spent to discuss your current concerns, history and therapy goals. This will help to guide how many sessions may be beneficial for you and session frequency.
Active treatment will generally require regular sessions on a weekly or fortnightly basis in order to be effective and work on the goals discussed. Over time sessions may transition to monthly or less frequent maintenance sessions or ceasing when therapy goals have been achieved.
