About Amanda Kenyon

Amanda is a registered psychologist with a deep passion for walking alongside individuals and families as they navigate some of life’s most challenging—and most transformative—moments. With extensive experience supporting children, adolescents, and young adults, I bring both professional expertise and heartfelt care to every session.

Amanda has extensive experience supporting individuals with anxiety and depression and has a specific interest in supporting individuals with eating disorder and body image concerns, as well as those with Neurodiversity.

Amanda has experience using a range of modalities within therapy including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Play Therapy and Parent Training.

Amanda is a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS) and Australian and New Zealand Academy for Eating Disorders (ANZAED).

Educational Presentations

Amanda has experience running educational presentations and seminars for community groups. Amanda is happy to be contacted to discuss providing educational presentations for preschools, schools or other community groups.
