Amanda is a registered psychologist with a deep passion for walking alongside individuals and families as they navigate some of life’s most challenging—and most transformative—moments. With extensive experience supporting children, adolescents, and young adults, I bring both professional expertise and heartfelt care to every session.
Amanda has extensive experience supporting individuals with anxiety and depression and has a specific interest in supporting individuals with eating disorder and body image concerns, as well as those with Neurodiversity.
Amanda has experiencing using a range of modalities within therapy including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Child Therapy and Parent Training.
Amanda is a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS) and Australian and New Zealand Academy for Eating Disorders (ANZAED).
