About Amanda Kenyon

Amanda is a registered psychologist with a deep passion for walking alongside individuals and families as they navigate some of life’s most challenging—and most transformative—moments. With extensive experience supporting children, adolescents, and young adults, I bring both professional expertise and heartfelt care to every session.

Amanda has extensive experience supporting individuals with anxiety and depression and has a specific interest in supporting individuals with eating disorder and body image concerns, as well as those with Neurodiversity.

Amanda has experience using a range of modalities within therapy including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Child Therapy and Parent Training.

Amanda is a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS) and Australian and New Zealand Academy for Eating Disorders (ANZAED).

We are conveniently co-located within Nourish & Thrive who are dieticians also have specialised eating disorders training. This allows us to work collaboratively and provide wrap around care and support to individuals with eating disorder or feeding concerns.

We also strongly value working collaboratively with any other treating professionals such as speech therapists and occupational therapists who may already be part of care.

Child & Adolescent Psychology (2-18 years)
